Can you rent an F1 show car in Malaysia?
Yes. Blue Steel Racing rents F1 show cars for events anywhere in Malaysia. We operate two show cars, one full-scale and one 60% scale. We deliver, set up and collect them ourselves. Bookings are made by WhatsApp on +60 17-316 2962.
How much does it cost to rent an F1 show car?
Cost depends on which car you want, how many display days, where the venue is, and whether you need on-site crew or a custom brand wrap. We quote each event individually and reply within one working day.
What kind of events use an F1 show car?
Shopping mall roadshows, brand activations, product launches, motor show stands, corporate dinners, dealership events, exhibitions and family days. The car works as a photo centrepiece that draws foot traffic and generates social posts.
Can the show car be wrapped in our brand colours?
Yes. Both cars can be wrapped in custom livery with your logos, sponsor marks and brand colours. Send artwork ahead of the event date and the car arrives in your branding.
Can it go indoors, inside a shopping mall?
Yes. Both are static display cars suitable for indoor use in atriums, concourses, lobbies and exhibition halls. The 60% scale car fits venues with tight access or lift-only entry where the full-scale car will not go.
Can guests sit in the car?
Yes. The full-scale show car has an open cockpit guests can sit in for photographs, which is the main reason events book it. Add on-site crew to manage the queue.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially around Formula 1 race periods and major mall campaign dates when demand is highest. Short-notice bookings are sometimes possible. Do message us to check your date.
Can you run the whole activation, not just the car?
Yes. Blue Steel Racing runs full event activations across Malaysia, including racing simulators with live leaderboards, helmet and race gear displays, crew and setup. Many clients book the F1 show car as the centrepiece with simulators alongside it so guests queue to compete rather than just take photos.
Do you deliver outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Malaysia, including Selangor, Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh and East Malaysia. Transport is arranged by us and quoted with the booking.
